The next Community Club meeting is February 15th at 5:15pm at the Glen Elder Housing Community Room.  They will be electing new officers at this meeting.  The Community Club organizes and sponsors the Easter Egg Hunt, Glen Elder Fun Day, Halloween Parade, Christmas Lighting with Santa, and the Glen Elder Scholarship program.  Your involvement and attendance is needed to keep these events going in our community! Glen Elder Community Club needs to fill all positions for the upcoming year, 2010. If no one is willing to come forward and fill the positions there will no longer be an Easter Egg Hunt, Glen Elder Fun Day, Halloween Parade, Christmas Lighting with Santa Claus & Glen Elder Scholarship program.  If you want to see Glen Elder continue with these annual events, please step up and fill these positions.  If the positions are not filled there will no longer be a Glen Elder Community Club.  Current office holders are getting burnt out on their duties as the meeting attendance is low (same 3 or 4 each month) and volunteers for each event is scarce.  We don't want to see this happen to our community but we have come to the conclusion that we have no choice.  -- If interested please contact Jennifer Kresin ASAP!!!  Our next meeting is FEBRUARY 15th at 5:15 P.M. at the Community Room of Glen Elder Housing.  We will be electing new officers at this meeting!"
